The Prescott City Council got the ball rolling on a proposed multi-use pathway for Highway 89. The council on Tuesday unanimously approved an intergovernmental agreement with ADOT for the design of the project.
City Transportation Manager Ian Mattingly explains:
The multi-use pathway would be built near Deep Well Ranch Road by the airport.
