Humboldt Unified School District is implementing big changes for the upcoming school year. The district has reorganized its middle schools to include 6th through 8th grades, transforming the existing academic and athletic programs. HUSD has expanded its preschool to four elementary schools, with plans to extend these programs to all elementary schools soon.
Also, Bradshaw Mountain High School now features a new auditorium and 19 additional classrooms, supporting the expansion of career and technical education, advanced placement, and dual enrollment programs.
The district will also adopt Project Momentum to enhance instructional practices and continuous growth.
