Prescott Valley’s Deputy Town Manager was honored for his work. Ryan Judy received the 2024 Gabe Zimmerman Public Service Award as a community builder. This award is in memory of Gabe Zimmerman, who died on January 8th, 2011, while serving as Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford’s community outreach director.
A release from the Town of Prescott Valley states Judy got the award due to his impressive long-standing commitment as a community builder during his 20 years with the town. The release further states, “Ryan has made invaluable contributions to the community and has played a vital role in various aspects of town management, including utilities, communication, and executive responsibilities. His commitment to legislative tracking and financial planning has greatly benefited the town.”
Judy was presented the award Thursday at the Arizona City/County Management Association Summer Conference.
