Thursday was another wet day for Yavapai County. According to the County Flood Control District, Pine Ridge Marketplace received 0.87 inches of rain. Lynx Lake got 0.63 inches. Prescott Heights had 0.28 inches. Downtown Prescott, Goldwater Lake, and Haisley Homestead all received under a quarter-inch of rain. Granite Basin and White Spar Campground both got 0.20 inches. Bagdad had 0.12 inches, and Thumb Butte received 0.04 inches of rain.
Look for more rain in the Prescott area today as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 40-percent chance of thunderstorms.
