At this week’s City of Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, a follow-up proposal to present plans for a neighborhood commercial development was met with strong opposition. The potential location would be off of Willow Creek Road, backing up to the Pinion Oaks subdivision, making way for a bank, restaurant, and other small businesses.
At the meeting, Pinion Oaks resident, Russell Wagner best summarized the sentiment amongst the neighbors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, demands were made for more details from the developer including a more detailed look at traffic implications.
