Major Recall of Boar’s Head Meats

Boar’s Head is expanding its recall of ready-to-eat meat and poultry. According to Yavapai County Community Health Services, an additional seven million pounds of Boar’s Head products are being recalled due to possible listeria contamination. This expansion includes 71 products produced between May 10th and July 29th under the Boar’s Head and Old Country brand names.

These items include meat intended for slicing at retail delis, as well as some packaged meat and poultry products sold at retail locations. These products have “sell by” dates ranging from July 29, 2024, through October 17, 2024. The products subject to recall were distributed to retail locations nationwide.

If you have any of these Boar’s Head products, either throw them out or return them to the store you purchased them from.
