Yavapai County Community Health Services is offering back to school immunization clinics. They take place August 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, and 29th from 11:45 AM to 4 PM at the Health Services Complex at 1090 Commerce Drive in Prescott.
The Prescott Valley site will offer immunizations August 9th and 23rd from 8 AM to 4 PM and August 6th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 11:45 AM to 4 PM. The Prescott Valley site is located at 3212 North Windsong Drive.
Most insurances are accepted. Those who wish to take part in the immunization clinic should make an appointment by calling 928-771-3122.
