A major affordable housing project came before the Prescott Valley Town Council Thursday. The Lakeshore 650 development is planned for the area around Lakeshore Drive between Badger Road and Fain Road. It would consist of nearly 3,500 housing units, with more than 270 deemed affordable housing units. The plan also includes a sports complex and community park.
