The Prescott City Council Tuesday approved the acceptance of sculpture donated by artist Marcella Hirsch on a 5-1 vote. But the council balked on the location for that piece of art.
Mayor Pro-Tem Connie Cantelme made this motion regarding the Granite Creek Trail location:
The vote was 6-0 to disallow the Granite Creek Trail location and to request further study for a new location.
