The Prescott City Council got an overview of the proposed downtown beautification project at its study session Tuesday.
Cristina Binkley, the city’s tourism manager, went over the results of a community survey on downtown priorities:
The beautification project would be a collaborative effort between the Tourism Department, the Public Works Department, and a contractor. Since this was a study session, the City Council did not vote on the matter.
