Proposed new impact fees to cover the cost of new development were discussed at Tuesday’s Prescott City Council meeting.
Mayor Phil Goode explained:
The proposed impact fees for a 2,500 square foot residence would total more than $19,000, an $8,000 increase from the current level. Since this was a public hearing, no vote was taken on the matter.
