It was a rainy Sunday for Yavapai County. According to the County Flood Control District, Sierra Prieta and Big Chino Wash both received just under a quarter-inch of rain. Williamson Valley and White Spar Campground both got 0.16 inches. Downtown Prescott, Chino Valley, Pine Ridge Shopping Center, Goldwater Lake, Lynx Lake, Haisley Homestead, Outer Loop Road, Big Bug Mesa, and Cordes Junction all had 0.12 inches. Prescott Valley, Watson Lake, Thumb Butte, Fain Lake, Mingus Mountain, Granite Basin, Mayer, and Black Canyon City all received 0.08 inches, and Willow Lake, Prescott Country Club, and Lake Montezuma all got 0.04 inches of rain.
The Prescott area might see rain today as there is a ten percent chance of thunderstorms.
