An argument outside a bar in Seligman resulted in one man being shot and another being arrested. The incident occurred Sunday afternoon at the Black Cat Bar off Old Highway 66.
Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kristin Greene tells The News:
Deputies arrested 48-year-old Chad Ternasky and charged him with attempted second degree homicide. The 67-year-old victim was flown to Flagstaff Medical Center and is expected to recover from his injuries.
