The primary election results have been canvassed in Yavapai County and the results are official.
County Recorder Michelle Burchill tells The News:
Burchill says more than 57,000 of the ballots cast in Yavapai County were Republican, with little over 5,000 independents voting on the Republican ballot. More than 18,000 Democrats voted in the primary, with 481 non-partisans and 169 Libertarians casting ballots.
