The Long Gulch fire burning near Cordes Lakes has gotten bigger. It is now 1,200 acres in size. There have been no reports of structures threatened by this wildfire, which is burning on federal land nearly seven miles southeast of Cordes Lakes.
The cause of the fire is listed as “natural.”
