Yavapai County Supervisor Mary Mallory says there are some people who question the necessity of the Prescott Valley Healing Fields. The display features three thousand American flags to honor the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

The Healing Fields is set up on the grounds of the Prescott Valley Civic Center.
