They had a few possible locations for a sculpture garden, but in the end, the Prescott City Council voted 4-3 to deny the acceptance of donations to create that garden.
During Tuesday’s meeting, Councilman Eric Moore brought up his concerns when it comes to the city receiving art donations:
The city council did approve another motion to have the legal department review city policies for accepting art donations.
