The Prescott Preservation Commission Friday unanimously approved the redevelopment of the old City Hall building at Cortez Street.
Prior to the vote, Commissioner Mike King said:
The Assembly at Old City Hall will include a 109-room hotel, along with space for retail businesses and restaurants.
