While there were concerns brought up about ingress and egress, the Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday unanimously approved the rezoning of property on Highway 69 across from Costco for an 82-unit apartment complex.
Prior to the vote, P&Z Commissioner Tom Reilly said:
The matter now goes to the Prescott City Council for its consideration.
