The Prescott Fire Department is hosting a free Firewise training class next month. This is for both fire professionals and community members interested in reducing the risk of a wildfire damaging or destroying their properties. The course will consist of both classroom presentations and field practices.
Participants can choose the class scheduled for October 16th or the one on the 17th. Both classes take place at the Prescott Fire Department Training Center at 2900 Sundog Ranch Road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
