CAFMA Sends Personnel to Idaho Wildfire

The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority has sent personnel to help battle a wildfire in Idaho. A task force leader and strike team leader are at the Wapiti Fire in the Boise National Forest. It started back on July 24 from a lightning strike and has consumed 125 thousand acres.

The fire is 78 percent contained, with full containment expected by November 1. More than 300 personnel are assigned to the Wapiti Fire.
