The Yavapai County Planning and Zoning Commission meets Thursday. They will consider the preliminary plat for the Rancho Santa Ynez development in Kirkland Junction. It would have 196 lots ranging in size from two acres to 21 acres, spread out over 764 acres of land.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. at the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott.
