Fire Station 74 on Smoke Tree Lane is the site for another open house on Proposition 478 hosted by the City of Prescott. It takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
Mayor Phil Goode says:
The final open house for Prop 478 is scheduled for next Thursday at Prescott Police Headquarters on South Marina Street from 6 to 8 p.m. If approved by voters, Prop 478 would raise the city sales tax 0.95 percent to fund the construction of new fire stations and a new police evidence facility.
