Guardrail repairs on southbound I-17 near the junction with Highway 169 will restrict the roadway beginning Tuesday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for daytime lane restrictions on southbound I-17 Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Southbound I-17 will be reduced to one lane between mileposts 277 and 274.
The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph in the work zone. A 13-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place. ADOT reminds drivers to watch for construction crews and equipment when driving through the work zone.
