Yavapai County ended up getting a lot of rain Monday, with a little more falling in certain spots on Tuesday. According to the county flood control district, Goldwater Lake and Lynx Lake received 0.59 inches of rain during that period. Big Bug Mesa got just over half an inch of rain. Prescott Heights had 0.47 inches. Pine Ridge Shopping Center and White Spar Campground both received 0.43 inches. Downtown Prescott got 0.35 inches. Thumb Butte and Cordes Junction both had 0.31 inches. Fain Lake received just under a quarter-inch of rain.
Mayer and Mingus Mountain both got 0.20 inches. Prescott Country Club and Sedona both had 0.16 inches. Prescott Valley and Camp Verde both received 0.12 inches. Watson Lake, Yarnell, and Cottonwood all got 0.08 inches, and Skull Valley and Black Canyon City both got 0.04 inches of rain.
The National Weather Service has no more showers in the forecast for the Tri-City area until the weekend.
