One city committee is looking at the possibility of rezoning the Prescott Rodeo Grounds. At its meeting Wednesday, the General Plan Committee discussed whether the property should be zoned as recreation or medium/high density residential.
Committee member JD Greenberg pointed out:
The Prescott Rodeo Grounds is officially listed as a city park, which is leased to Prescott Frontier Days.
