If you’re driving by the Arizona Agri-Business and Equine Center in Prescott Valley next Thursday and see a lot of emergency vehicles, don’t panic. The Prescott Valley Police Department is putting on a mock car accident. This is being done to showcase the dangers of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Several emergency vehicles will be staged outside the center at 7500 East Skoog Boulevard in Prescott Valley for this event. An assembly will also take place where victims and survivors of DUI crashes will tell their stories to high school students.
A wrecked vehicle will be on display on the center’s campus for students and members of the community to view.
