Low-income community members in Prescott Valley will soon have bicycles gifted to them as a means of transportation and recreation.
Prescott Valley Police Department Spokeswoman Jodi Mullins tells The News about their partnership with Pedal Forward:
Helmets, purchased through funding from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, will be distributed along with the bicycles.
