Because of the large ballot for this year’s general election, it took longer than usual for the Yavapai County Elections Department to complete the tabulation.
County Elections Director Laurin Custis tells The News:
The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors will canvass the election results at its meeting on Wednesday. Custis says Yavapai County had an 87 percent voter turnout for this year’s general election.
