The biggest takeaway from last night’s season opener with the Prescott girls basketball team is that they do not have any problem putting points on the board. The Lady Badgers ruled the court at Goldwater High School Wednesday, dominating the Lady Bulldogs 76-7.
Bella Abt had a triple-double with 14 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. Lily James nailed four three-pointers, while Kylee Murdock and Cate Jones both notched ten points.
Next up for Prescott is their home opener tomorrow at 7 p.m. against Arcadia. Next Monday and Tuesday, the Lady Badgers will have more court time as they compete in the Mountain Ridge Invitational.
