Local scoreboard from yesterday, on opening night for high school basketball, for the boys, Bradshaw Mountain took care of Peoria 55-47. Preston Ranniker tallied 17 points, and Jayden Blazyk recorded ten points and ten blocks. Chino Valley fell to Winslow 64-42.
For the girls, Bradshaw Mountain conquered Peoria 41-27. Kalli Smith notched 15 points, and Emma Johnson put up eleven points. Chino Valley fell to Winslow 62-15.
In the college ranks, Embry-Riddle lost to Carroll College 62-57. Zakiirah King posted 15 points, and Hannah Urbano netted eleven points.
