A motorcycle crash shut down a portion of Highway 89 in Chino Valley Saturday evening. According to Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority, the crash occurred near Road 4 South, resulting in the temporary closure of the southbound lanes.
The rider was treated for his injuries, the extent of which are not known. The southbound lanes of Highway 89 were reopened later in the evening.
