Prescott City Council Votes on New Building at Old City Hall Location

A long-term water management plan will be discussed at tomorrow’s (Tue) Prescott City Council study session, which starts at 1 p.m. Then at 3 p.m., the council holds its voting meeting and will consider the proposal for a new ten-thousand-square-foot building to replace the old City Hall building on Cortez Street.

Another agenda item concerns the hiring of a dozen new public safety personnel and the purchase of a new fire truck, totaling $1.2 million. The City Council will also consider a $7,600 donation to the Pure Imagination Festival.

Both meetings take place in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
