Units from the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority responded to a house fire in Dewey-Humboldt on Tuesday. CAFMA officials report the blaze broke out just after 7 a.m. at a home at the intersection of Main Street and Huron Avenue. The flames extended into the attic, but firefighters quickly extinguished the fire before it could spread further.
The occupants of the home got out safely before firefighters arrived. No one was injured, and the cause of the fire was an electrical issue.
