They started off the season on the right foot . . . and used that foot to stomp on Greenway. Yesterday, the Prescott girls soccer team was in Phoenix to open the season against the Lady Demons. The Lady Badgers bombarded the net, and their defense absolutely shut down Greenway. The end result was an 8-0 victory for the blue and gold.
Violet Williams had a huge first game of the season with four goals and an assist. Sophia Davidson registered two goals. Kenzie Blanchard and Delainey Courtney each had a goal. Rianna Aguilar had two assists, while Allana Gilray, Katie Macalinao, Wiley Monnet, and Laney Lucas each had an assist.
Prescott is off until next Monday when they travel to ALA Gilbert North. That game will conclude the December portion of their schedule. The Lady Badgers will then play at home versus Campo Verde on January 7th.
