Next week is New Year’s Day, and that means changes to the City of Prescott’s trash collection schedule. For those with a Wednesday or Thursday collection day, there will be a one-day delay for your pick-up. No trash collection will take place on New Year’s Day next Wednesday.
In addition, the Prescott Transfer Station will be closed on New Year’s Day. Trash collection will return to a normal schedule in Prescott the week of January 6.
