Twenty-four hours after losing to their arch-rival Prescott, the Bradshaw Mountain boys basketball team was back in their gym Friday, this time taking on Flagstaff. The Bears finished the first quarter with a 13-8 lead, then put the clamps on the Eagles’ offense. That resulted in a 50-32 triumph.
Cam Ranniker notched 20 points. His brother, Preston, put up eleven points. Jayden Blasczyk and Kylin Jackson both netted eight points. Bradshaw is now 12-7 overall on the season and 2-1 in Grand Canyon Region play.
The Bradshaw Mountain girls were also in action Friday night against Flagstaff. The Lady Bears led 16-13 after the first quarter, but cold shooting in the second half ultimately cost them as they lost 57-38.
Kalli Smith registered 14 points. Presley Connolly tallied seven points. The Lady Bears are now 6-7 overall on the season.
