The Community Health Center of Yavapai is expanding behavioral health services at its facilities in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Cottonwood.
CHCY offers integrated care, allowing patients to see their primary care provider and behavioral health team all under one roof. The behavioral health team accepts patients starting at age 6 and offers a variety of counseling options.
Same-day appointments are offered to ensure timely mental health support, as well as virtual visits so patients can access care from their own home.
