Prescott Creeks will close the South Loop Trail near Rosser Street this weekend. The closure is necessary to accommodate the removal of several Siberian elm trees that are presenting a hazard along the trail.
Removal of the Siberian elms and other invasive plant species from the preserve is a key component of the ongoing restoration efforts within the Riparian Preserve.
