The Chino Valley Town Council talks pavement management at its study session Tuesday. It gets underway at 5 p.m. Then at 6 p.m., the voting meeting begins. The council considers changing the speed limit on Perkinsville Road between Highway 89 and Pinto Lane.
Both meetings take place in Town Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
