The Prescott Fire Department is warning residents of a beehive located at the intersection of Pleasant and Willis Streets. While the bees have not been acting aggressive, fire department officials want people to avoid the area and not disturb them, especially if you are allergic to bee stings. The bees are expected to move on soon.
To show how dangerous bees can be, earlier this week in Surprise, a man was taken to the hospital after he was stung multiple times when he unknowingly disturbed a beehive while getting his mail.
