All-Region Awards Out for Boys Basketball, PHS’s Tenette Again Player of the Year

He claimed both awards for the third year in a row. Prescott basketball’s Uriah Tenette was named both the Grand Canyon Region Offensive Player of the Year and the overall Grand Canyon Region Player of the Year. He is averaging just under 29 points per game.

Also getting a big award is Prescott’s Zane Gaul, who was named the Grand Canyon Region Defensive Player of the Year. He has 291 rebounds, 51 steals, and 41 blocks.

Other all-region awards for Prescott went to Cooper Magnett, who made the first team, Josiah Peoples, who made the second team. Coley Fundalewicz, Sebashtyn Vanderploeg, and Tommy Richardson received honorable mentions.

For Bradshaw Mountain, Jayden Blasczyk was an all-region first team selection. Preston Ranniker made the all-region second team. Mason Brambila, Kylin Jackson, and Cam Ranniker were honorable mentions.

Prescott’s Travis Stedman was named the region coach of the year.
