BMHS Softball Begins 2025 Season by Pounding Peoria

It did not take long for the Bradshaw Mountain softball team to show off its offensive prowess. In Tuesday’s season opener versus Peoria, the Lady Bears exploded for nine runs in the first inning. The runs kept on coming as Bradshaw got the 23-0 victory.

Kodee Statler was the big star of the game as she tossed a no-hitter, striking out ten. At the plate, she belted three home runs and drove in seven runs. Jaslene Valentine had four RBIs. Payton Hoops had two doubles and three RBIs. Sophia Abstance drove in two runs and scored two runs.

The Lady Bears are back in action Friday when they travel to ALA Queen Creek. Bradshaw’s next home game is March 13th versus Mohave.
