Firefighters and emergency workers from around the country have gathered in Prescott this week for the annual Arizona Wildfire Academy. Numerous courses will be taught throughout the week, including fire behavior, equipment usage, leadership during a wildfire, and land navigation.
The academy takes place at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
