Nearly a year after fire destroyed the Legado Luxury Apartments in Prescott Valley, authorities have yet to make an arrest in the case. But both local and federal agencies have been working hard tracking down leads since the night of the fire on April 1st, 2024.
Prescott Valley Police spokeswoman Jodi Mullins tells The News:
Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a $45,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for setting fire to the Legado Luxury Apartments. The number for Silent Witness is 1-800-932-3232.
