A comprehensive new strategic plan has been launched by the Yavapai County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) on Wednesday, marking a renewed commitment by key stakeholders to collaboratively improve the local criminal justice system. The plan outlines clear goals and objectives that are aimed at enhancing public safety, reducing inefficiencies, and fostering greater trust within the Yavapai County community.
Representatives from law enforcement, prosecution, defense, the courts, probation, victim services, local government, and community organizations make up the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. The council provides a vital forum for these diverse entities to come together, share information, identify challenges, and develop collaborative solutions for the local criminal justice system.
