Increase Considered for Tax Rate For Manufactured Buildings in CV

Several years ago, the Town of Chino Valley lowered the tax rate on manufactured buildings from 4-percent to 2-percent. Now the Town Council is looking at whether or not to go back to the 4-percent rate.
