The design concept for improvements to Highway 89 is the only item on the agenda for Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session. That takes place at 1 p.m.
Then at 3 p.m. the voting meeting gets underway. The council discusses the process for filling the seat vacated by Cathey Rusing, who resigned to run for mayor. Council also votes on a rezone for a 106-unit apartment complex on Marina Street. Representatives from APS are scheduled to make their annual presentation on the utility’s fire mitigation efforts.
Both meetings take place in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
