The Yavapai County government has hired Craig Lefever as its new workforce development director. He previously worked at Yavapai College, where he held numerous positions related to workforce development.
Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Chair Mary Mallory said, “Lefever’s educational background, coupled with his hands-on experience in workforce development, positions him as an ideal leader to navigate the challenges and opportunities facing Yavapai County’s workforce. His expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative strategies to address the evolving needs of employers and job seekers in the region.”
