A property owner off Highway 69 between Spring Valley and Cordes Lakes in the area across from the Quail Ridge RV Park reported their live-stream camera feed caught footage of a man who had trespassed onto their property and had hurt his horse. The incident occurred Monday around 3 a.m. The suspect had been seen in the area on multiple previous occasions in the early morning hours.
Witnesses reported the suspect fleeing the property on foot. Upon arrival, deputies found evidence on the suspect’s path but are still searching for the individual.
